What it is

This booking is guaranteed by a credit card or by a certain amount as a deposit.

This booking can be modified or cancelled without any penalty, if the request for cancellation is made before the cancellation deadline.

How it works

At the reservation time payment needs to be effected. In cancellation case, hotel refunds prompty the rates if the cancellation it is made before the cancellation deadline. A credit invoice will be issued.

What is guaranteed?

The room(s) are kept at your disposal until 06.00 hrs on your arrival date.

Payment will be made directly at reservation time.

Cancellation policy

The deadline for cancellation without penalty it is always explicitly indicated in the booking contract.

No-show or late cancellation 

The penalty for non-arrival or late cancellation will be the price of the first night of all booked rooms. The balance will be refunded and a credit invoice will be issued.

Advanced check-out

In case of check out before the initially booked check out date, the penalty will be 30% of the cost of the initially booked stay. The balance will be refunded and a credit invoice will be issued.

This booking required to charge full pre-payment at the booking time. This is not refundable and not transferable. This booking can not be modified or cancelled which is why the room price is lower.

How it works

The whole stay must be pre-paid by credit card. 

The booking at discount price will only be confirmed once the hotel receives the entire amount (you will get an e-mail as a confirmation of the transaction and the booking).
